Hello everyone! Thank you so much for backing this project. I'm delighted that we managed to fund 7 characters! As promised, I'll be using BackerKit to conduct surveys and fulfil your pledges. In case you're unfamiliar with BackerKit, below is some guidance on how to use the site - please check it out before completing your survey if you get time.
What happens next?
Over the next 24 hours, only a few 'smoke test' surveys will be sent out - this means the survey will be sent to a handful of random backers from various pledge levels to ensure there are no issues with our BackerKit page. Provided everything works as it should, links to surveys will be sent out to everyone else on Thursday. Please make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you can't find the survey email. If you still have any questions about BackerKit which can't be answered by the below guidance or BackerKit's own FAQs, please feel free to message me on Kickstarter or email me at [email protected] and I'll do my best to help!
General Information about the BackerKit surveys
The deadline for survey responses is 22 June 2021 - I can accept address changes right up until I ship pledges but you won't be able to change your pin choices after this date, so please (1) try to complete the survey by then and (2) double check your survey to ensure you're happy with everything.
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey, just the survey link. If you need me to change the email address your BackerKit survey is linked to, please let me know. You can go back later and change your responses at any time before I lock in the surveys. If you need to double-check your responses or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email again or by requesting a survey link under "Lost your survey?" on the project page.
How to use your survey
Your survey will be based on the pledge tier you selected in Kickstarter. For this guide, I'll be using the 2x Pins tier as an example and pretend I pledged the exact amount. If you added extras via Kickstarter, they will automatically be reflected in your survey.
Once you click "Get Started!" you will be asked to select which character(s) you'd like pins of.
After you've made your choices, you'll be taken to the add-on stage. In the top right corner under "Pledge Level", you should see the characters you've selected. Any extra money you pledged on Kickstarter which has not been assigned to a reward will show as "Credit Remaining" on the right-hand side in green.
Below that under "Add-ons" is where any additional items you add using BackerKit will show. The add-ons page means that you can still take advantage of the Kickstarter discount pricing if you decide you want to add additional Women of Westeros pins, plus my in-store products are in there at a reduced price too! For example, if this backer wanted to now add a washi tape and a lanyard to their pledge, this is what their page would look like:
On the following page ("Shipping"), you can fill out your address. You will be able to change your address right up until I ship rewards out (estimated August 2021). I'll post an update a few days before I start shipping things out to give folks enough time to make any changes to their address.
On the final page, you will be able to input your card details for any additional add-on items you may have added that were not covered by your Kickstarter pledge. If you didn't add any extras, you just need to hit "Place My Order" and I've got your survey response! Cards will not be charged for any extras added using BackerKit until 3-4 weeks before rewards are shipping out, so sometime in late July. Hopefully this helps to spread the cost!
★ After you've submitted your survey, you can go back and edit your choices as much as you like using the survey link, but responses cannot be changed after 22 June 2021 save for address updates. ★

Funding goal update!

Hi everyone,
Thank you so much for backing this project - I'm so pleased that these awesome female characters are so popular! We've less than a week to go on the campaign and at the moment 4 pins are funded. Having spoken to my manufacturer, I think we can fund all seven characters at £3000 - we're only £200 away from that at the moment and if we end the campaign that close to funding them all, I will self-fund the rest of the way because I am so passionate about this collection! So if you're interested in all 7 but have been nervous of choosing a pin tier for 4 or more pins, no need to worry - we are in good shape to unlock all 7 and you won't need to accept any duplicates. They're also a bit of a self-fulfilling prophecy - if you'd like more, I'd definitely encourage you to pledge for more so that we can unlock them sooner!
I've been asked about more characters, Melisandre especially. I would have loved to add her (and Ygritte) to the line-up but given how slowly characters were getting funded, I just don't think they'd be achievable during this project. I never say never, though - perhaps we can try and fund those in the future if we don't suddenly have a surge of backers before the campaign ends!

Two characters funded already!

Hi all!
Thanks so much for your support so far. We've already funded Daenerys and Margaery, and Cersei is super close to being funded too! You may have noticed I've also now added Missandei and Brienne - I had so many requests to add these characters to the project. There are also 6x Pin and 7x Pin tiers now too in case you want to grab one of every design (or you're welcome to have multiples of the same design(s)!).
I am really excited to see these made and will definitely add even more characters (Ygritte and Melissandre, for example) once we fund the first 7. The best chance of funding all the designs is by spreading the word to our pin friends who might love this project, so it would be awesome if we could promote the campaign together over the next 2 weeks so that even more characters can get pinned!
