Hi everyone!
Thank you so much again for backing this project! I'm very pleased to say that all pledges have been shipped save for anyone who hasn't completed their survey, and the Dany remakes came out beautifully! Thanks for your patience while they were in production.
Hopefully your rewards don't take too long to arrive but please get in touch if you're still waiting after 6-8 weeks - it can unfortunately take that long depending on disruptions, local postal services, etc.
If you upgraded to tracked shipping you should have a message from me with your tracking details but please let me know if you're missing a tracking number (a reminder that all shipping is untracked as standard, so you'd only get tracking if you upgraded in BackerKit).
It's been awesome being tagged in IG posts of pins arriving! All character pins, the butterfly chain pins, and the chain dragon egg pins will be on my store tomorrow should you need any extras!

Hi all,
With thanks for your patience while the Dany pins have been remade, they are now finished and on their way to me from the factory (please see a photo below with the usual terrible lighting!). I will ship the remaining pledges out as soon as they arrive and a final project update will be posted once done so. It has been awesome being tagged in your IG posts and receiving your positive feedback on these pins!

Shipping Update & Daenerys Pin

Hi folks!
Our pins have arrived with me and they're awesome!
Daenerys will, unfortunately, need to be remade. Her banner is far too light and yellow which makes the text almost unreadable and her skin tone has come out very dark. This is particularly frustrating given she was the sample which was made and the colours should've been the same, but it seems the factory has been inconsistent when mass producing her pin (which I will be feeding back to the factory).
Therefore (and with apologies), if you've chosen Dany as one of your rewards, unfortunately there will be a delay as she is remade over the next few weeks. If, however, you don't want to wait and you're happy to receive her in this form, I'm happy to send her out to you - please DM me on Kickstarter or email me at [email protected] to let me know you'd like your pledge shipped now.
Otherwise, rewards will start to ship this weekend. As usual, international mail can be as fast as a couple of weeks but can take a couple of months depending on your location. If your reward hasn't arrived by mid-October, please let me know.
If you've not completed your survey yet, please do so as soon as you can so I can ship your pledge!

Production Update!

Hi backers!
I've now received photos of the samples from the factory - please see below (with the usual caveats about photos with poor, artificial lighting!). I'll be asking them to change a whole bunch of enamel colours (especially on skin and hair tones) but so far they're looking super cool! I am in love with deep green/blue pearl swirl on Sansa! I've also reduced the chain length to one as I didn't want them too long.
Once I've had a chance to carefully review each photo and video and choose alterative colours as well as spot any other things we need to change, mass production can begin. I'm told it'll be about 4-5 weeks as, due to high temperatures in China over the summer, the factory employees are working reduced hours for health and safety reasons. I will continue to monitor production and will provide an update once they're finished, and will get busy reviewing the photos more closely ASAP!
